Gift Wrap
Would you like your bath delights prettily wrapped? Please let us know! All orders are shipped out in Soap Box style and typically highlight our company colors, pink and brown. We like to change it up a bit, so if it’s the holidays or we’re just in the mood we may offer up some different packaging. Just know that our products are always sent out ready to give or receive! If you’d like us to include a gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the comments section during checkout. We never include order invoices in any of our orders, so rest assured that the recipient will not receive any order information with their gift.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
The Soap Box Company will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact the delivery service for any problems that you have in receiving a package. We are happy to try and help you locate your package if needed, but we ask that you contact the delivery service first as they will have the most current information about the shipment. If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file a claim with the shipping company.

Information on our site is provided as a service to our customers and should not be construed as medical advice. The Soap Box Company will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions resulting from the use of products sold on our website. If you have a confirmed sensitivity or allergy, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the ingredient label of your chosen product before using and avoid any ingredients which you believe may cause a reaction. If you have additional questions, please contact the supplier directly (SBC will be happy to provide contact information). If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.
Packing Materials
Our first choice is always "green" materials and when those aren't an option, we go with made-in-USA as often as possible. And have we ever gone green! Here's what we've done so far:
Paper shred - 100% Recycled Paper, made in USA
Cellophane bags - certified biodegradable & compostable, made in England
Packing peanuts - certified biodegradable (pet-friendly option coming soon)
Colored tissue paper - 100% Recycled Fibers, made in USA

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Bath and body products cannot legally be resold by The Soap Box Company due to sanitary considerations. Therefore, all sales are final.
Rarely, products may arrive in less than perfect condition. Since USPS insurance is not yet offered by SBC, replacement or refund for damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We will cancel an order for you if possible, and no reason is required. It is, however, difficult to pull an order mid-processing, so please be aware that it may not be possible.

Rewards Program (Soap Box Rewards Membership)
Soap – Our first level of the rewards membership gets you 2% off all orders, always.
Stamp – One step up from the Soap Level, Stamp rewards level is 4% off all orders, always.
Pink - Premium level of our membership program. As a Pink member, you'll always receive 6% off your purchases. You'll also receive extra discounts and other bonuses (including limited: sales, free gifts and insider information from Soap Box headquarters) first. It doesn't get any better than our Pink Premium membership!
Rewards membership is based on number of orders placed directly through our online shop and kept track of through your Soap Box account. It's a way to reward our loyal customers. We like you! Thank you for liking us and supporting handmade scented goods.

20 orders = Pink Membership

Sales Tax
The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Texas addresses.
Shipping Information
Turn Around & Shipping Times
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-5 business days. Turn-around-time may be extended during sales, special promotions and holidays. Depending on your location, you can anticipate an additional 1-3 days for delivery in the US.
We currently offer Priority Shipping through United States Postal Service. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email upon shipment, which serves as your confirmation of shipment. We suggest you retain it in your records until the order is received.
To see our complete list of shipping options, just add a product to the cart and view our most current selections. Our website is set up to ship by product weight and your location with rates directly through the USPS site.
FPO/APO Shipping
Yes! We are happy to ship to FPO & APO addresses. You can enter the address information in the Ship To boxes during checkout.
International Shipping
Yes,we will ship anywhere in the world! We ship International purchases via USPS priority flat rate boxes. Please know your country restrictions before ordering. We will not be held responsible for any items that you have ordered and can not receive once shipped. Current flat rate shipping prices for International and Canada orders can be found in the shopping cart. Although not yet available, a more affordable first-class shipping option for our international friends is currently being worked on.
