Would you like your bath delights prettily wrapped? Let us know! We can wrap them up in Soap Box style, typically highlighting our company colors, pink and brown. If it’s the holidays we may offer different packaging. If you’d like a gift message included, please type your text as you’d like it to appear in the comments section. We never include invoices in orders, so the recipient will not receive any order information with their gift.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
The Soap Box Company cannot not be held liable for lost/stolen packages unless they were insured. After your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact USPS for any problems that you have in receiving a package, as they'll have the most current information about the shipment. In the event you purchased insurance and you receive products damaged in transit: You must notify SBC within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file a claim with USPS.

Our first choice is always "green" materials and when those aren't an option, we use made-in-USA products as often as possible. And have we ever gone green! Here's what we've done so far:

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Bath and body products cannot legally be resold by The Soap Box Company due to sanitary considerations. Therefore, all sales are final.
We will cancel an order for you if possible, and no reason is required. It is, however, difficult to pull an order mid-processing, so please be aware that it may not be possible.
Rarely, products may arrive in imperfect condition. Since USPS insurance is not yet offered by SBC, replacement or refund for damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Soap – Our first level of the rewards membership gets you 2% off all orders, always.
Stamp – One step up from the Soap Level, Stamp rewards level is 4% off all orders, always.
Pink - Premium level of our membership program. As a Pink member, you'll always receive 6% off your purchases. You'll also receive extra discounts and other bonuses (including limited: sales, free gifts and insider information from Soap Box headquarters) first. It doesn't get any better than our Pink Premium membership!

The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on orders shipped to Texas addresses.
Turn Around & Shipping Times
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are out of our control.
We offer Priority Shipping through United States Postal Service, with a USPS tracking number via email upon shipment, which serves as your confirmation of shipment. We suggest you retain it in your records until the order is received. Our website is set up to ship by product weight and location with rates linked through the USPS site.
Yes! We are happy to ship to FPO & APO addresses. You can enter the address information in the Ship To boxes during checkout.
We ship anywhere in the world! International customers can now choose from a wide variety of USPS shipping options in addition to priority flat rate boxes. Please know your country restrictions; we will not be held responsible for items that you have ordered and cannot receive once shipped.
