Due to the nature of the products sold on our site,
we no longer offer refunds or exchanges. Bath and body
products will not be resold by our company due to sanitary
purposes.
We do not offer credit back to your charge card and
any shipping fees cannot be included in a credit. Our
credit card system is secure and does not give us access
to your credit card number for returns.
We believe in our products and want you to be completely
satisfied with them. If you are not happy with your
products for any reason, please contact our customer

Lost,
Stolen or Damaged Packages
The Soap Box Company will not be held liable for any
lost or stolen packages. If you receive products which
were damaged in transit, we must be notified within
48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials
so that we may successfully file a claim with the shipping
company.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Money Orders.
How to order with Money Order payments:
Send us an email at info@thesoapboxco.com with
your order, shipping address and phone number. When
we receive your order by email, we will send an order
confirmation with your total and where to ship your
money order. We will ship your order as soon as the
payment is received.
Shipping Information
Turn Around & Shipping Times
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Turn
around time may be extended during sales, special promotions and holidays. Depending
on your location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery.
Rates are based on the total amount purchased (before shipping).
Standard shipping rates to the 48 contiguous states
are as follows:

$10.01 - $45.00 $6.95
$45.01 - $65.00 $7.95

$80.01 and above - $9.95
We currently offer Ground Shipping through FedEx. You will
receive a FedEx tracking number via email upon shipment. This email serves as
your confirmation of shipment and we suggest you retain it in your records until
the order is received.
Exceptions PO/APO
If your order needs to ship to a P.O. Box or an APO address, please enter the
information in the Ship To boxes during checkout and we will ship your order
through USPS.
Sales Tax
The Soap Box Company is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to
Illinois addresses.
International Shipping
You can now order online! Our credit card processing service on our site is now
set up to take international orders. The shipping costs in the cart will not
reflect what your actual shipping cost will be. You will receive an invoice for
the remainder of the shipping and your order will be processed after we have
received all shipping costs. We now ship via USPS flat rate boxes only for international
orders. Flat rate shipping cost to Canada is $23.00 and elsewhere $37.00 per
box. We will squeeze as many products into one box as possible to avoid shipping

Recycle & Reuse
We reuse all shipping material - boxes and packaging
- that comes into our facility. We encourage you
to do the same! Help our environment by reusing
your Soap Box Co white boxes and shipping materials.
Our white boxes are perfect for reusing as gift
boxes!
Gift
Packaging
All orders are
shipped out in Soap Box style in either a gift box
or stylish bag and typically highlight our company
colors pink and brown. We like to change it up a bit,
so if it’s the holidays or we’re
just in the mood we’ll offer up some different
packaging from time to time. Just know that our products
are sent out ready to give or receive! If you’d
like us to include a gift message in with your order,
please type your text (exactly as you’d like
it to appear) in the comments section during checkout.
